The following 5 paintings were painted from dawn till dusk along the Atlantic coast in Cornwall, England. Started in April 2017, the paintings explore and pursue experiences, impressions and personal discoveries relating to and challenged by being in solitude with nature for days on end, being with nature along that ever changing liminal space between land and ocean, a place which straddles different dimensions of time and space, light, presence and absence, being and leaving, arriving and going.
